Her intimate knowledge of Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, and Rutherford County’s surrounding foothills and mountains makes her an invaluable resource, especially as the region faces rebuilding challenges after Hurricane Helene. Sharon's family has a long-standing presence on Main Street, and her connections to the area are strengthened by her active role with the Rutherford County Tourism Authority, Rutherford Bound, and the local Chamber of Commerce.

Before stepping into real estate, Sharon was a clinical scientist and an adjunct professor, where she developed the teaching skills she now uses to guide clients through the complex buying and selling process. Her commitment to leadership is evident in her national recognition for community involvement, and her family-first approach resonates deeply with clients. Sharon’s experiences from moving across the country with her husband and children have shaped her as a leader and active community member.

A graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University and an Outstanding Alumni recipient, Sharon holds a WSET Level II Sommelier certification and has a background in the wine and vineyard industry. Outside of work, she finds joy in her family, including her two grown children and grandsons, and shares her artistic talents to support local charities.
